I've taken my car there for years, the one in Arnold. Very professional, friendly, and a honest place.
Had my daughters Tahoe towed here. When I called they were very polite , professional and helpful. Willingly answered my questions and helped me decide what to do. After it arriving at the shop I was called in a timely manner and explained to in detail what was wrong. What else could be wrong. What needed to be done to determine any other issues, They were very helpful in explaining things and offered prices. I Asked them to let me speak with my daughter as we needed to discuss what to do. After talking my daughter we decided not to have the work done and to get her something else. She called them tue next day and asked if she could leave it there another day until It could be towed. It may have been 2 days it was there after we knew we weren’t fixing it. We very much appreciated there willingness to help us and allow us to take space on the lot of a very reputable and busy business. We appreciated that. It’s hard to find a business that really cares about its customers and we were only potential customers. However any work I need that they do I will definitely be using the services of this business.
